When you want to remove the charcoal from your teeth brush them gently with a toothbrush with soft bristles and rinse your mouth with water.
No, activated charcoal doesn’t damage enamel and doesn’t affect bridges, coatings, dental implants or dentures. If you use the Karbo-method, you will not brush your teeth directly with the charcoal, which could potentially damage your teeth. If you would like to brush your teeth using the charcoal anyway, it is very important to have the right toothbrush for this purpose – it is necessary for the toothbrush have very soft bristles.
